Dr Jart is a skincare line that displays a range of products to cater to all your needs for every type of skin. The products are range from antiaging serums, blemish balms, dark spot treatments and skin tone creams for both dry and oily skin.
The entire process of this project from planning to the final render was handled at SOLID VFX LAB, with our head Motion Graphic Technical Director supervising every step. We were asked to create motion graphic animations for each function for the products. The symbolic plus symbol for Dr Jart was the base in which all the designs were created. It was critical to create boards detailing how we would show each different function with actions and bring them to life. The story boards that were created helped it illustrate the narratives, plan the shots and demonstrate actions to maintain continuity between each cut. The tone and manner of the spot was another carefully studied part of this project. Since the product was a Beauty brand we needed to utilize organic concepts but stray away from textures that seemed too grotesque. The color codes were also developed carefully to create a natural and soft feeling to the entire spot.
